Create and configure a team
Managers can create a team, define sport and location, and enable season tools like announcements and fees.
Find help by role, search guides, ask the assistant, and contact support. This center is structured for managers, parents, and players using your real app workflows.
Managers can create a team, define sport and location, and enable season tools like announcements and fees.
Managers can run team operations from Team Home tabs: roster, events, fees, chat, documents, gallery, invites, and team settings.
From team settings, managers can update team name, club, city/state, description, sport, and other configuration details.
Use the invite flow to send parent/player invitations through phone number or email. New members can join directly from the invitation.
SMS is used for invites and account-related updates. Users opt in by submitting/confirming their phone in TeamNexo and can stop messages any time by replying STOP.
Parents can open invitation links, join the team, and complete profile setup before accessing roster, docs, and events.
Use your registered phone number or email and password. If login fails, verify credentials and confirm you are using the same contact used for your invite/account.
On login, tap Forgot password to request a reset code. Enter the code, set a new password, and sign in again. You can also update password from settings after login.
After approval, parents can claim available player numbers. If already taken, choose another. Managers can edit numbers later.
Parents can add a player from the Players screen, then join a team and complete any team-specific roster steps when required.
Managers can update roster details like jersey number and approved player information. Parents can also maintain their own child profile data.
Create events in calendar/agenda view, choose event type, optional time, location, and game details including opposing team.
Managers can post updates and create polls with up to 4 options. Team members can vote once per poll.
Managers upload forms, parents download/sign/upload, and managers review/download/print signed documents in dedicated screens.
Managers upload templates from Files or Photos, parents submit signed versions, and managers review submissions on the signed-documents screen.
Parents and managers can upload media to team gallery. Members can view in-app, swipe through media, and download to device photos.
External contacts can open a feedback link in the browser and reply without app login. Their response is posted back to the same feedback thread.
Parents can see team fees and payment status. Users can access paid-fees history from the profile payment history screen.
Users can update profile preferences and account settings, including password changes and notification preferences, from settings screens.
Users can change phone/email using verification codes and open paid fees history from profile to review cross-team payment records.
Use team search with code, club, city/state, and sport filters. Join directly when allowed, or use the invite code flow when invite-required is enabled.
Managers can bulk invite by phone/email, choose Parent/Delegate/Manager roles, and use contact picker for fast invite entry.
Managers can approve pending players, edit jersey numbers by policy, retire pending invites, and remove players when needed.
From player actions, send a share invite to another parent by phone or email so they can access that player after accepting.
Create feedback threads per player, invite external contacts via magic link, and track unread responses from the feedback inbox.
Create recurring weekly events, set RSVP deadlines, send follow-up reminders, and review RSVP tracking by responded vs pending players.
Managers can pick built-in/custom announcement types, add linked calendar items, and create polls with option controls.
Use swipe to reply and long-press for copy/delete actions. Users can delete their own messages, and managers/delegates can moderate team chat.
Managers can edit team fields and add a custom sport option directly from team settings, then save updates for the whole team.
Parents can leave a team from the Teams screen. If their players are still on that roster, they must remove those players first.
Use Settings to manage subscription billing in the store, refresh subscription status, or restore purchases if access does not update yet.
Removing a player from a team and deleting a player profile are different actions. Use Leave team or Remove player to take a player off a roster. Use Delete player from the Players screen only when you want to remove that player profile from your account after the player has left all teams.
Managers can archive a team from Team Settings to remove it from active use while keeping historical data intact.
Managers can remove a parent membership only after that parent’s players have been removed from the roster.
